Description:
1. The subject of the contract is successive delivery by the contractor of a one -off assortment for the vascular surgery department (hereinafter: the goods) such as and in the quantities indicated in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ together with the lease of the system for assessing the regional oximeter (hereinafter referred to as interchangeably the subject of the lease) described in detail in Annex 6 to SWZ, as well as other obligations arising from the contract aimed at enabling the Ordering Party to use the goods
and the leased device.
With the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 to this SWZ.
