Description:
1. The subject of this order is the delivery of an operating table with equipment for the District Health Center in Kamienna Grze Sp. z o. o. 2. The offered operating room and equipment must be brand new and free from third party rights and - placed on the market and used in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended). The contractor is obliged to have the documents required by law confirming the introduction of the offered operating table equipment for trading. 3. The offered operating center (including equipment) must be fully compliant with applicable standards.4. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: Deliver an operations center (including equipment) as described in Annex A to the Offer Form to the registered office of the Ordering Party in Kamienna Gra at ul.
