Delivery with operational leasing of a brand new electric, specialized garbage truck for the collection and transport of municipal waste for the needs of Miejski Zakład Gospodarki Komunlnej Społka z o.o. in Bolesławiec
1.The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, electrica specialized vehicle such as a garbage truck, single-chamber body intended for waste collection in accordance with the specification detailed in the Description of the subject of the order - hereinafter referred to as OPZ, Annex No. 7 to SWZ.
2. General requirements for the offered Vehicle/Machine:
a) Vehicle/Machine NOit may be a prototype and must come from serial production in 2023 or 2024.
b) The vehicle/machine must be approved for trading and use in the EU (CE certificate or CE declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer must be provided) before signing the contract with the selected contractor.
c) Vehicle/Machineryand will work in very dusty working conditions.
d)The Vehicle/Machine must meet the conditions for being allowed to travel on public roads.
e)The Contractor will provide a warranty (attach a warranty card) from the date of signing the Vehicle/Machine acceptance report without any comments.
f)WBefore concluding the contract, the contractor is obliged to submit to the Ordering Party technical specifications issued (published) by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's representatives confirming that the offered equipment has technical parameters required by the Ordering Party or better.
