Task No. 2 - Delivery of napkins and surgical masks,
Task No. 3 - Delivery of aprons and disposable surgical sets,
Task No. 4 - Delivery of protective glasses and ball needles,
Task No. 5 - Deliveryintra -bone intra -bone nails. The subject of the contract is task No. 1 - delivery of operational embankments.
1.2. The assortment and quoted specification of the subject of the contract, the required technical and utility parameters are set out in Annex 2/1 toSWZ, which the contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer.
