Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of ophthalmological materials.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the price sheet (Annex No. 1a to SWZ). This description should be read along with any changes in SWZ content, which is, for example, the result of answers to the inquiries of contractors. The amounts given areestimated demand and are used to calculate the price of the offer (i.e. determining the maximum remuneration of the contractor). The contracting authority reserves the right to give up the purchase of part of the assortment resulting from the lack or reduction of demand.
