The subject of the order is: Task No. 1 - delivery of intraocular lenses, irrigation solution, sterile sets of materials and accessories for cataracts using the Fakoemulsification method together with the lease of the camera for fakoeemulsification with the possibility of front vitrectomy, Task No. 2 - Delivery of wisks, task No. 3 - delivery of intraoperative knives , Task No. 4 - Delivery of monthly contact lenses Day and Night. Task no 1.1. The assortment-exchange and percentage provisions are set out in Annex 2/1 to SWZ, which the contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer. 1.2. The price lease for the camera is attached as Annex 2/1A to SWZ, which the contractor is obliged to complete and attach to the offer. 1.3.
