Description:
1. The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for the supply of an optical microscope with a laser microdissection module, as part of the implementation of the project entitled "Center for the Development of Therapy for Civilization and Age-Related Diseases". Funding is granted on the basis of: Regulation of the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy of September 27, 2023, on the granting of financial assistance by the Information Processing Center - National Research Institute under the "European Funds for the Modern Economy 2021-2027" program, based on agreement no. FENG.02.04-IP.04-0005/24-00 concluded between the Information Processing Center - National Research Institute and the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum.
257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if public funds which the Ordering Party intended to use to finance the order were not granted to it.
1.2 A detailed description of the subject of the order specifying the functions, technical parameters, required conditions and additional points for the subject of the order is included in Annex A to the SWZ, i.e. Functions, parameters technical and required conditions and additionally scored, constituting an integral part of the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires that all elements proposed by the Contractor are compatible with each other and ensure full functionality without the need for additional investments on the part of the Ordering Party.
