Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of an oral rabies vaccine for free-living foxes to the Provincial Veterinary Inspectorates indicated in Chapter I, subchapter I of the SWZ. 2. Description of the subject of the order, including the number of doses vaccines for individual Provincial Veterinary Inspectorates and the method of implementing the subject of the order were specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, constituting the Description of the subject of the contract, and in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Designed provisions of the contract. 3. The Ordering Party requires that, in order to confirm that the offered vaccine meets the requirements set out in Chapter III of Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, constituting the Description of the subject of the order, the Contractor must submit the said evidence together with the offer, i.e. marketing authorization for an oral rabies vaccine for free-ranging red foxes with all annexes, in particular the Summary of Product Characteristics for the veterinary medicinal product, issued by decision of the minister competent for health matters or the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products or in accordance with Art. 3 section 2 of the Pharmaceutical Law, a license issued by the Council of the European Union or the European Commission. 4. W As a result of the proceedings, contracts will be concluded separately for each Provincial Veterinary Inspectorate, in accordance with the draft provisions contained in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5.
