Description:
The Ordering Party asks for information whether you would be interested in taking part in the procedure for the successive supply of spare parts for PUTZMEISTER pumps based on the manufacturer's complete price list. Description of the subject of the order from the list of pumps can be found in the Attachments tab. The Contractor declares that: 1. is not subject to exclusion pursuant to § 17(1). 1 of the Regulations and has the knowledge and experience necessary to complete the order in question;2. is not subject to exclusion on the basis of art. 7(7) 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security;3. cannot be excluded as part of destabilizing activities situation in Ukraine, i.e. he is not: a) a Russian citizen or a natural or legal person, entity or body based in Russia, b) a legal person, entity or body whose ownership rights directly or indirectly belong to the entity, o referred to in point a), c) a natural or legal person, entity or body acting on behalf or under the direction of the entity referred to in point a) or b), and will not perform this order with the participation of the entities referred to in point a). a)-c), (incl in particular as a subcontractor or supplier), unless the share in the execution of the order attributable to the entities referred to in points a)-c) that are not contractors is no more than 10% of the order value;...
