The subject of the order is the supply of orthopedic implants for the Specialist Hospital in Jasło. Package 1 Cementless hip replacements with the loan of instruments for the duration of the contract and the lease of the drive (excluding revision instruments).
Package 2 Joint replacements knee surgery with the loan of instruments for the duration of the contract and the lease of the drive (excluding inspection instruments).
Package 3 Cemented hip prostheses with loan of instruments for the duration of the contract.
Package 4 Shoulder prostheses with loan of instruments on time validity of the contract.
