• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the supply of orthopedic implants, in accordance with the provisions of Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - assortment and price form. The subject of the order was divided into packages: Package 1 - Bone cement, mixers, hip irrigation systems and knees Package 2 - Membranes for cartilage defects. The Ordering Party requires the creation of a deposit in the Operations Block premises. Package 3 - Implants for the fusion of the pelvic bones and the bones of the upper and lower limbs Package 4 - Distal External Fixator thighs. The ordering party requires the creation of a flight deposit, delivered on request together with the instruments. Package 5 - Spinal stabilization implants. The Ordering Party requires the creation of a deposit in the Operations Block premises. The ordering party requires the loan tools (instruments) for installing the above-mentioned implants with delivery within 7 days from the date of conclusion of the contract and replacement of tools worn out or damaged during operation - deposit for the duration of the contract. Package 6 - Nucleoplasty and microdiscectomy system. The ordering party requires the creation of a flight deposit, delivered on request together with the instruments. The subject of the order is the supply of bone cement, mixers, and hip and knee rinsing systems. A detailed description can be found in Annex 2 to the SWZ - assortment and price form.
