The subject of the order is the supply of orthopedic implants along with the lease of instruments divided into packages. 1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the PRICE FORMS - Annexes No. 1 2. The Ordering Party allows for changes in the size of the packaging while maintaining the total required quantity pieces of the assortment, rounding the number of packages up (to a full package). A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in Annex No. 1 to the terms of reference and includes basic and minimum functional and technical requirements for elements and solutions. intended for the execution of the order. The contractor may offer equipment and solutions from any manufacturer that meet the requirements set out in this document. Medical devices that are the subject of the order should be understood as medical devices within the meaning of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices. The offered medical devices must be approved for trading and use under the terms specified in the Medical Devices Act.
