Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of oscilloscopes, 2. The subject of the order includes delivery to the registered office of the Ordering Party: Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computer Science, ul. Narutowicza 11/12, 80-233 Gdask, building no. 41 - Public Procurement Sectionh, room 116., 3. The subject of the order must be brand new, without previous use, technically efficient, free from legal and physical defects., 4. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a warranty for the offered subject of the order of at least 24 months from the date of signing the protocolat the delivery and acceptance point without any comments., 5. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ., 6. The implementation of the subject of the order will take place on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.
