Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of materials of the painting, general -construction and electrical industry to 33 WOG in Nowa Dęba (order divided into 2 parts) ". The place of delivery of the goods is the warehouse of the training security section in Nowa Dęba.
This order has been divided into twoParts:
a) Part 1 - "Delivery of materials of the painting and general construction industry";
b) Part 2 - "Delivery of electrical industry materials.a detailed valuation (separately for each part).
The contracting authority, taking into account the nature of the subject of the contract, does not provide for taking into account the requirements in the scope of availability for disabled people in accordance with art. 100 para. 1 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law.
DesignedThe provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement were presented in the Annex to this SWZ, i.e. the draft contract (one for both parts) and complement the description of the subject of the contract in the scope of provisions not covered by the provisions of this chapter.
The contract will be processedup to 25 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.2. In this procedure for the award of the contract, communication between the Employer and Contractors is carried out electronically via the purchasing platform available at:
