Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery:
a) new paints and painting materials according to the range and quantity given in the price of the subject of the contract Task 1
b) of a new technical chemistry according to the range and quantity given in the price of the subject of the contract - task 2
2. 2.regarding orders; Delivery conditions; the rights and obligations of the Ordering Party and the Contractor; The method of payment, as well as other necessary information was included in the description of the subject of the order/price statements and in the contract templates - Annex 5a, 5b to SWZ.
3. The contracting authority requires the ordered goodsIt was produced in 2025.
Task No. 1: Delivery of paints and painting materials
the subject of the contract is the delivery:
a) new paints and painting materials according to the range and quantity given in the price of the subject of the contract Task 1 (Annex 2 to SWZ Base; Annex 2a to SWZoption). The required delivery date - according to the rules set out in the contract with delivery to warehouses according to the list of recipients/addressees (Annex 2 to the Agreement).In the price ranking of the subject of the contract- Task 2 (Annex 3 to SWZ BASIC; Annex 3A to SWZ- option).
