Description:
1. The goods will be brand new, supplied in a packaging protecting against quantitative and quality changes with current substance/preparation characteristics cardschemical data saved on the invik, e.g. he asks CD, whose cost should be included in the price of the offer. The contractor will undertake to deliver goods from the required dates of a minimum of 12 months (if it occurs). 3. The contractor will undertake the goods in the place indicated by the Ordering Storage Located Warehousesin Rzeszow ul. Konopnicka 5, in Jarosaw ul. Poniatowskiego 49a, in Urawcy ul. Wojska Polskiego 22 and in Nisko ul. Sandomierska 20.4. The Contractor bears the responsibility of the Ordering Party and the Third OSB for damages made in the area with the placing on the market of the goods. 5. The goods are delivered at the expenseand risk of the contractor. 6. The contractor gives min. 12-month warranty on the delivered goods from the date of receipt of the goods by the Ordering Party, with a reservation, and the period of warranty granted by the Contractor will not be lame than the warranty periodthigh ...
