Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of vans, divided into tasks:
1 Delivery of a maximum of 5 vans of the N1 category
2 - Delivery of 1 van type M1 category delivery vehicle
2. Detailed description of the subject of the order - all requirements for the ordered vehicles are included in Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Technical Specification.
Mogilska 109. Transport costs are borne by the Contractor.
4. The contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for each vehicle delivered in accordance with the data contained in Annex No. 2 SWZ (Technical Specifications), but not shorter than the manufacturer's warranty.
The ordering party requires indication by The contractor, at least one authorized vehicle service station in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. If the Contractor does not indicate an authorized service center in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, he will ensure the transport of the vehicle to an authorized service center on his own and without additional remuneration. service in another location in order to perform a warranty repair or service or services performed as part of service campaigns, and then deliver the vehicle back to the Ordering Party's headquarters.
