Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of panel/platelet tests for drug detection in the body based on testing a saliva sample for units and institutions on the supply of 34 WOG Rzeszow.
2. The chapter quantitative specification is specified in Annex 1A to SWZ (constituting simultaneously Offer price calculation form).
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") in the scope of minimum quality requirements is Annex 5 to SWZ.
4. There must be a perceived goods
 fabrically new,
 provided in the original packaging marked with the name of the manufacturer/ importer and a description of the content;
 reckoning the goods is to be hermetic preventing contact with the atmosphere, moisture, etc. during transport and delivered in a packaging that protects against quantitative and qualitative changes; approved for the market in the Commonwealth Polish;
5. Contractor He undertakes to deliver the goods in the original factory packaging with security used by the manufacturer in the appropriate unit and collective packaging for a given assortment. The packaging must enable full identification of the goods, e.g. quantity, type, parameters, expiry date, etc. without the need to violate the packaging.
6. The Contractor declares that the goods are free from physical and legal defects and meets all norms of this type of goods by generally applicable law.
