2. The implementation of the supply of individual press titles covered by this order will take place successively According to the publishing cycle of a given press title at the publisher, while the settlements with the contractor will take place on the terms set out in the contract template, constituting Annex 5 to SWZ.
3. The subject of the contract was divided into 3 parts:
Part 1- Delivery of paper and electronic press to courts from the Warsaw appeal area,
Part 2- Delivery of the paper and electronic press to the courts in the area of ββKrakow, Katowice, Rzeszow and WrocΕaw and CZDS IGB and KSSiP,
Part 3- Delivery of paper and electronic press to courts in the area of ββthe BiaΕystok and GdaΕsk appeal, Lubelska, ΕodΕΊ, PoznaΕ and Szczecin.
The partial offer must include the full range described for a given part of the order.
