Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of paper materials.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by: Annexes: 1, 1.1. - 1.2. and 4.1. - 4.2. to SWZ, i.e. the offer form together with the assortment specification of
- price and planned provisions of the contract.In parts, each of which is the subject of separate proceedings.
The Ordering Party allows partial offers. Each of which will be assessed by the Ordering Party separately, according to the principles described in SWZ. The order was divided into parts, as described in Annex No.1.1. - 1.2. to SWZ. Each of the contractors can submit an offer for any selected part/parts.
The Ordering Party requires submitting an offer to all required performance items shown in Annex 1.1. to SWZ.
whenever in this SWZ the subject of the contract is described with an indication of the charactersfreight, patents or origin, source or a special process that characterizes the products provided by a specific contractor, if this could lead to the privilege or elimination of some contractors or products, it is assumed that such indications are accompanied by words"Or equivalent".
