Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of non -eating nutrition products together with the lease lease chamber described in detail in Annex 1 to SWZ.
2. Medicinal products offered by contractors in these proceedings in packages: No. 1 (items 1-27), 2 and 3, must meet the requirementsresulting from the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2024, item 686).
3. Laminar chamber listed in the package No. 1 item 28 must be complete and after starting ready for functioning, guaranteeing the safety of medical staff, as well as ensuringThe required level of medical services provided (year of production min. 2020).
4. Delivery installation and lamination of the laminar chamber will take place in the place indicated by the Employer at the cost and risk of the Contractor at the Specialist Hospital Stefan Żeromski SPZOZ in Krakow, os. On Skarpa 66, 31-913Krakow, (confirmed by the report of the transfer to use by the Ordering Party and the Contractor).
5. The rental rent of the laminar chamber includes all parts, the elements necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment, full service service, throughout the duration of the contract, min. 1 Review of equipment onyear (unless the manufacturer recommends more often), delivery of equipment to the headquarters of the contracting authority, starting equipment, training of the ordering personnel.
6. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver and start the laminar chamber, within a maximum of 6 weeks from the date of signing the contract andPro ...
