Description:
Delivery of partition screens that are equipment for container towns and additional equipment for temporary shelters as part of a grant project entitled whose technical specification has been specified in detail in Annex 1 to SWZ - "description of the subject of the contract", in the amount of 6,800 pieces, constituting the equipment of container towns and additional equipment for elements in the field of temporary shelters as part of the grant project entitled "Development and maintenance of resceu shelter capacities in Poland".

A. Travid and visible marking - respectively - the subject of delivery and packaging of the subject of delivery, as described by the information marking constituting Annex 1a to SWZ - "information marking",
On September 30, 2026, under which the Contractor will be obliged to remove the defects and faults of the subject of delivery and to carry out or ensure periodic inspections and/or maintenance of the subject of delivery, required and/or recommended by the manufacturer, at the exclusive cost of the Contractor and on the conditions specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - "Designed contractual provisions".
