Description:
1. Subject of the contract.
1.1 As part of the implementation of this Order, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Employer for remuneration (delivery) parts and tools for drilling - three -vertebral pigs and bite.

2. Delivery conditions.
2.1 On the preparation of the commissioned delivery of parts and tools for drilling - three -vertebral pigs and bumps, the Contractor will be required to notify the Ordering Party by phone or e -mail, no later than 1 day before the required delivery date.
2.2 Place of delivery - Mine Mine Wieliczka S.A., 32 - 020 Wieliczka, Kingi Park 1.
2.3 hours of delivery to the "Wieliczka" salt mine is set on business days from Monday to Friday in 7.00 - 13.00.
2.4 The Contractor is obliged to provide parts and tools for drilling - three -vertebral pigs and bite at his own expense and on their own.
2.5 with the delivery of parts and tools for drilling - three -way pigs and bumps, the Contractor should provide:
a) proof of product release Outside WZ or invoice,
b) quality certificate issued by the Contractor,
c) declaration of compliance in.
