Description:
The procurement procedure for the sectoral contract is conducted as an open tender pursuant to the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019 (Journal of Laws, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law. The proceedings are conducted in Polish. Information obligation resulting from the article13 sec. 1 and 2 of the GDPR (EU) were met on the website of PGG S.A. in the GDPR tab. The Ordering Party, pursuant to art. 393 sec. 1 point 4) of the Public Procurement Law, will reject the offer in which the share of products from the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equaltreatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which, pursuant to a Council decision, the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply, does not exceed 50%. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and legal requirements are specified in the SWZ. Offers with attachments and EDZ, under pain of nullity, are made in a postelectronically and bears a qualified electronic signature.
