- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of parts to vehicles and engines, filters, tires and wheels divided into parts.
2. The contractor may submit an offer for all or part of the proceedings he selected. The Employer allows you to submit partial offers, with the proviso that the offer mustinclude the supply of all assortment items within the selected task. The offer not containing a complete valuation of the range specified in the selected part is rejected.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (i.e. qualitative parameters, functional features and other requirements) containsAnnex No. 5A and 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F to SWZ. The delivered goods must meet the minimum quality requirements contained in "description of the subject of the contract". 4. If a brand, manufacturer or proper name is indicated in the order documents, it should be treated as an example product. The contractor mayoffer an equivalent product compared to the contracting authority. Equivalent products must have technical parameters not worse than the articles specified in the description of the subject of the contract- Annex 5a to SWZ- (applies to Part 1-30), Price form- Annex 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3E,3F to SWZ- (applies to part 31-35). The conditions and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is also set out in Annex 4 to SWZ - a contract template.
