Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new passenger car with a gasoline engine with a power of min. 180 HP, with a closed 4/5-door sedan body, manufactured no earlier than 2025 (a car after an accident or after bodywork repair is not allowed). Ordering Party allows a car that has not been used before, but has previously been registered at a car showroom (shop). Requirements regarding the warranty according to the description of the subject of the order. If the manufacturer's warranty is shorter than the minimum required by the ordering party, the parties will be warranty provided by the contractor. The car cannot have any prints or advertising information. Inspections and warranty repairs of the delivered car must be carried out at an authorized service station of the offered vehicle brand, located in the city of Piotrkow Trybunalski or in the area up to 100 km from the city of Piotrkow Trybunalski.2.
