- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a 9-seater Minibus passenger car intended for the needs of the European Fairy Tale Center. Koziok Matok in Pacanow. 2. The delivered subject matter of the contract must be new, fully functional and ready to be used in accordance with its intended purpose, it must correspond to applicable quality and technical standards, cannot be encumbered with any third-party rights and must be consistent with the Contractor's offer. The definition of a new vehicle is included in the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1570, as amended), Art. 2 point 10 letter a. 3. If the dealer sells a car intended for test/trial drives, the Ordering Party considers that the car offered by the Contractor meets the order conditions, even if it has been registered by the Contractor in connection with admitting the vehicle to road traffic for the purposes of test/trial drives, provided that the odometer reading of such vehicle does not exceed 100 km.4.
