The car must condemn the technical requirements specified in Poland in Poland for vehicles moving on public roads, including the technical conditions resulting from the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and executive ordinances to this act. 4. The car must have approval, issued in accordance with the acts of April 14, 2023 on vehicle approval systems and their equipment (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 919, as amended). 5. The car must have a set of operational technical documentation. 6. The subject of the fall should be delivered to the headquarters of the Ordering Party: Bielany Commune Office, ul. Soneczna 2, 08-311 Bielany. 7. A detailed description of the subject of the skew SWZ.
