Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of a passive spectrometer to remote detection (1 piece) with installation.
2) The Contractor should include the delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters and a spectrometer installation as well as conducting training on the operation of the device at the headquarters Ordering Party.
3) a detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1a to SWZ (OPZ) and in the planned contractual provisions.
4) The offered subject of the contract is to be factory -new, unused, unrefabricated and non -exposed at exhibitions or market events, efficient Technically, safe, complete and ready for work, produced not earlier than in 2025, and must also meet the technical and functional requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract and the requirements specified in the applicable law.
The subject of the contract cannot have physical defects (construction, material and executive) or legal defects
5) The Employer also requires the installation of the device and conducting training on basic service of delivered equipment at the headquarters of the Ordering Party.
