1. The subject of the order is the supply of phantom and patient simulators in 6 packages for the needs of the Medical University of Gdańsk.
2. The subject of the contract consists of 6 partial tasks (also called packages) with quantities and a detailed description contained in Annex 3 to this SWZ, including:
Package No. 1: Simulator for learning hospital procedures related to the care of a premature baby;
Package No. 2: Advanced delivery simulator;
Package No. 3: Supply simulator;
Package No. 4: Phantom for learning advanced resuscitation methods in adults;
Package No. 5: Cardiomonitor, defibrillator and respirator simulator;
Package No. 6: Simulator for learning abdominal tests;
3. The landlord applies for co -financing the purchase of the subject of the contract from the European Union under the national plan Reconstruction. All materials used, technologies used and how to conduct and implement the service/warranty, waste management should to be Compliance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2021/241 of February 12, 2021 establishing an instrument for reconstruction and increasing immunity in terms of compliance requirements with the DNSH rule "do not do serious damage".
