Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of payment cards intended for the purchase of preventive meals for employees of ENEA Operator sp. z o.o. along with top-ups with cash in a specific amount. By "payment card/card" the Parties understand a payment card giving the right onlyto purchase preventive meals or food products used to prepare these meals. The term "preventive meal/meal" is understood by the Parties as the meal specified in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 28, 1996 on preventive meals (Journal of Laws No. 60, item 279).
The Contractor guarantees that the card will enable the purchase of preventive meals or food products used to prepare them that meet the requirements of the Regulation in question, i.e. meals should contain approximately 50-55% carbohydrates, 30-35% fats, 15% proteins and havecaloric value of approximately 1,000 kcal.
