Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and unloading of coal peas with a calorific value of 25 MJ, grain size 6-25 mm and sintering capacity below 10, in an estimated quantity of up to 330 tons, to a solid fuel boiler house managed by Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnych in Sonie. Quantitative (actual) acceptance will be made in accordance with the indications of verified measuring devices, which the Contractor is obliged to document with each delivery. Moreover, with each delivery of coal peas, the Contractor will provide documents regarding the above-mentioned. coal parameters. The net price of 1 tonne of coal used in the calculation must include all costs incurred Contractor in order to complete the order (excise duty, transport and unloading costs, etc.). The amount of coal given above is indicative as the Ordering Party expects to purchase it during the duration of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the quantity specified above. Actual quantity purchased coal will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party during the period of implementation of the contract, subject to the sentence below.
