- 1. The subject of the contract will be implemented by the following parts:
1) Part I - Delivery of peat to the forestry Gospodarstwo Nursery Mielno,
2) Part II - Delivery of Agroperlite to the Forestry Gospodarstwo Nursery Mielno,
3) Part III - DELIVERY OF VERMIKULIT TO THE Forestry. Mielno.
2. Delivery of peat, agroperlite and vermiculite will take place thanks to the contractor and at the contractor's expense, costs and risk of transport, packaging and insurance for transport is borne by the contractor.
3. Deliveries will be carried out on the work days of the Ordering Party, from Monday to Friday between 7:00 - 14:00.
4. The contractor is obliged to fulfill the contract in accordance with the principles of modern knowledge, applicable regulations and respecting the principles of occupational health and safety.
1. Subject of the contract under part I includes the sale and delivery of peat in an amount of 5000 m3 to forestry Nursery Gospodarstwo Mielno, 14-107 GierzwaΕd, Mielno 164, under the following conditions:
1) obligatory peat parameters:
a) high (feet) peat with a distribution of up to 15%,
b) sorted (fractionized) 0-20 mm,
c) organic matter content 85-100%,
d) volumetric density 50-150 kg/m3,
e) overall porosity 85-95% volume,
f) water content 60-80% volume at 10 cm H20,
g) air content 15-30% volume at 10 cm H20,
h) pH in water below 5.0 permanent for all delivery,
i) salinity to 0.12 ms/cm,
j) humidity up to 65%,
