Description:
The subject of the contract is:
Delivery of personal protective equipment
Task 1 - flannel shirts
Task 2 - working gloves
Task 3 - hats and caps
Task 4 - workwear - jackets, pants, sweatshirts
Task 5 - Work clothing - Drelichowe clothing, jackets, vests, pants
Task 6 - Work shoes
Task 7 - 2-part X-ray apron
The Employer allows for partial offers.
Parts of the order are individual tasks specified above, i.e. tasks from 1 to 7.
The contracting authority informs that the Contractor may submit an offer up to a maximum of 7 tasks.
(without limiting the number of tasks per one Contractor).
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2B.
3.3 Requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract:
1) the offered product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with the law requiring the possession of approvals, certificates and registration,
2) The offered product must correspond to the standards or technical specifications in force for this product;
3.4.
