- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of 250 sets of personal protective equipment, as part of civil protection and civil defense, divided into parts: ballistic assortment and protective assortment. 1) Part 1: ballistic assortment, includes the delivery of 250 pieces of protective helmets with visors, 2) Part 2: ballistic assortment, includes the delivery of 250 pieces of protective vests, 3) Part 3: protective assortment, includes the delivery of 250 pieces of goggles, 250 pieces of masks with a combined filter and 250 pieces of protective clothing, min. cat. III. 2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex No. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 to SWZ. The remaining terms and conditions of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, the template of which is attached as Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, for parts 1, 2 and 3 of the contract, respectively. NOTE regarding Parts 1 and 2: 1) The subject of the order is subject to conformity assessment under the Act of November 17, 2006 on the system for assessing the conformity of products intended for the needs of national defense and security (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 747) and the implementing acts issued on its basis. 2) The subject of the order is subject to supervision activities related to the product put into use by the "authorized body", i.e. the director of the Institute of Security Technology "MORATEX" based in Łodź at ul.
