Description: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of personal protective equipment, clothing and work footwear, clothing and protective footwear for the needs of employees of the technical supervision, hereinafter referred to in the goods.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order was included in the Annexes to SWZ - description of the subject of the Order (OPZ), price form and designed provisions of the contract - according to the part of the proceedings.
3. Employer, pursuant to art. 96 par. 2 point 2e of the Public Procurement Law, requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor (if the Contractor entrusts the execution of part of the contract of the subcontractor) throughout the entire period of order, at least one person with disabilities.
