Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of personal protective equipment for a firefighter of the State Fire Service to the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa, in the following assortment and quantities: Heavy special clothing 50 sets (main order) + 25 set (option right)2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and information regarding sizes is included in Annex No. 1.1 to the specification of the terms of the order 3. Required period of quality guarantee and warranty: 24 months.4. The orderer reserves the right to exchange sizes up to 10% of the total quantity of new and unused goods specified in the subject of the order within 12 months from the date of receipt of the goods for new goods of a different size 5. The contractor is obliged to indicate the current number in the offer form certificate of approval for use in fire protection for the offered goods issued by CNBOP, in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure public safety or health and life protection, and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended) every...
