Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of personal protective equipment as part of the project "Development and maintenance of rescEU CBRN stockpiles in Poland" - stage II. . 2. The order has been divided into eleven Parts.
Part 1
1. The subject of the order in Part 1 is the supply of purification equipmentair respirators with a full face mask, in the amount of 2,000 sets (sets), in accordance with the technical specification set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - "Description of the subject of the order".
2. Regardless of the provision of personal protective equipment referred to in section 1 above, Exthe buyer is also obliged to:
A. permanent and visible marking of each package of each personal protective equipment with the European Union flag logo along with a statement on the method of financing: "Funded by the European Union", the template of which is attached as Annex No. 1A to the SWZ - "Logotype template", subject to:
a. dimensions of the EU flag - the dimensions of the EU flag cannot be smaller than: 10.5 cm (height) x 16 cm (width), with an appropriately visible statement on the method of financing, 1 cm (height), with an appropriately visible statement on the method of financing - regarding . packaging with dimensions mnless than or equal to 21 cm x 29.7 cm,
b. the need to maintain the proportions of the logo and the statement on the method of financing in relation to each other,
c. the need to maintain the proportions of the logo and the financing statement in relation to the packaging - clear visibility of the marking,
