Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of personal protective equipment for fire brigade volunteers, including special clothes, gloves, helmets, balaclavas, thermal underwear, shoes, thermal blankets. The delivery is to be made on the premises (to the room) of the Jelenia Gra City Hall - Security Department. and Crisis Management, ul. Armii Krajowej 19, 58-500 Jelenia Gra. Whenever the order documents and announcement mention personal protective equipment, special clothes, gloves, helmets, balaclavas, thermal underwear, shoes, thermal blankets covered by the subject of the order should be included. Order is implemented as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program. As part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) provide personal protective equipment with technical parameters (features, properties) and in quantities consistent with Appendix No. 1 to Volume III SWZ (Detailed description of the subject of the order) to the Department referred to above;2) deliver personal protective equipment to the Department referred to above, to the place indicated by the Ordering Party's representative;3) provide the Ordering Party's representative with user instructions, certificates,...
