Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 18 pieces of gasoline cutters and 36 pieces of gasoline chainsaws (model A 18 pieces, model B 18 pieces), a detailed description of which is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. The offered products must meet all the features specified in the SWZ, so that the new, manufactured in 2025. Moreover, all offered products must be free from physical and legal defects, free from third-party rights and cannot be the subject of any proceedings or security. All devices are delivered fully assembled, completed and ready for immediate use.3. Requirements supplementary general:3.1) The minimum warranty period for the subject of the order is 24 months from the date of signing the quantity and quality acceptance protocol. The warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. 3.2) Equipment servicing by the Contractor during the warranty period. 3.3) The Ordering Party requires that all the offered products came from one manufacturer3.4) The complete subject of the order should be delivered with all the required documents to the indicated place: Crisis Management Office of the City and Commune Office in Wieliczka, ul.
