• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the supply of petroleum and chemical products in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Ordering Party included in the "Description of the subject of the order" constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and in accordance with the list specified in Chapter IV section 2 SWZ, with the quantities included in the option in the table in Chapter IV section 2 of the SWZ, in the "Quantity in option" column, may be used after the basic quantities included in the table in Chapter IV section 2 SWZ, in the "Basic quantity" column in when the Ordering Party's needs arise in this respect. The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor (in writing or by e-mail or fax) about the intention to exercise the option right, including the quantity of the ordered item and the place of its delivery. the deadline specified in the "Drafted provisions of the contract" constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The ordering party described the subject of the order by reference to the standards.
