Description:
1. The subject of the order are successive deliveries of petroleum products - hereinafter referred to as "Products", necessary in the operation of railway vehicles owned or leased by the Ordering Party.
2.The order was divided into two parts due to the different assortment:
Task no. 1- engine and gear oils:
1) LDAB-68 compressor oil;
2) Pm30/50-0-020 industrial oil (universal axle oil) compliant with the Polish Standard PN-61/C-96097
3) Castrol Optigear gear oil Synthetic PD 220 ES,
4) Mobil Synthetic Gear Oil 75W90,
5) Shell Core compressor oilfor S4 R46,
Task No. 2 - various greases and other products
1) ŁT 4-S3 rolling bearing grease,
2) ALITEN N grease,
3) graphite grease,
4) ISOFLEX TOPAS L152 rolling bearing grease,
5) extraction gasoline,
6) LITOMOS EP23 grease,
7)WD-40,
8) winter windshield washer fluid,
9) summer windshield washer fluid,
10) acetone.
3.SuSuccessive deliveries will be carried out in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party and under the conditions specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, which constitutes a model public procurement contract.
4. Successive deliveries should be understood as cyclical deliveries of individual products based on written orders., the frequency of which will be issued depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party.
