• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the supply of petroleum products in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Ordering Party included in the "Description of the subject of the order" constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and in accordance with the list specified in Chapter IV paragraph 2 SWZ. The quantities included in the option in the table in Chapter IV section 2 of the SWZ, in the "Quantity in option" column, may be used after the basic quantities included in the table in Chapter IV section 2 SWZ in the "Basic quantity" column in the event of: this scope of the Ordering Party's needs. The Ordering Party will inform the Contractor about the intention to exercise the option right, including the quantity of the ordered subject matter and the place of its delivery (in writing or by e-mail or fax) within the deadline specified in "Drafted provisions of the contract" constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. The ordering party described the subject of the order by reference to the standards. Therefore, the Ordering Party indicates that it allows solutions equivalent to the described standards. 3.If delivery is offered the subject of the order, which is not compliant with the standards to which the "Description of the subject of the order" (constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ) refers, the Contractor is obliged to prove in the offer, in particular by means of evidence, that referred to in Chapter IX section 3 point 16) of the SWZ, that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements specified in the "Description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (Article 101, section ...
