Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of pharmaceutical products in the assortment and quantities specified in Annex 2 to IDW - assortment and quantitative form
2. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the Employer listed
in the assortment and quantity form, beFactory new and ready for use for use without making additional purchases.Individual parts of the order. This order consists of 16 parts (packages). The offer can be submitted in relation to one or more parts.September 6, 2001.
6. The apprentices allowing the offer in the form of oral pharmaceutical equivalents in the form of tablets, dragees or capsules with the same drug release pattern,

In case, if the pharmaceutical preparation requested by the contracting authority is no longer producedOr there is a temporary lack of production, and there is no other equivalent preparation, the contracting authority allows the last sales price to be provided. Information on the lack of product availability should be placed in the notes under the table in the assortment and price form together with the item to which it relates.
