Description:
1. The subject of the procedure is the award of the contract for successive delivery of pharmaceutical products in the scope of fourteen packages for the Clinical Hospital dr. J. Babiński SPZOZ in Krakow, according to the assortment listed in Annexes No. 1.1 - 1.14 to SWZ, which is simultaneously Price forms: Packages I - XII Drugs - Annexes No. 1.1 - 1.12 to SWZ, Package XIII - Pharmaceutical packaging - Annex 1.13 to SWZ, Package XIV - Pharmaceutical raw materials and packaging - Annex No. 1.14 to SWZ
2 parts - where part of the order is a given package according to division above.
3.
