The subject of the order is the successive delivery of pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical products as part of drug programs for "Poddębicki Centrum Zdrowie" Sp. z o.o. in Poddębice, divided into 29 packages, in quantities and assortment specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - Form The assortment and price. The concise description of the subject of the contract was specified in the assortment and price form - Annex 2 to SWZ. The Employer allows for partial offers. The offer may include the entire subject of the order or selected parts - packages, and if the package includes More than one item, the offer for its validity in this package must be submitted to all its items. The contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all packages.
