2. Objectors of the Contractor:

• unloading and bringing to the storage rooms.
2.1. Pharmaceutical products must have at least a 12 -month expiry period from the moment they are delivered to the headquarters of the Ordering Party. It is allowed to provide products with a shorter dateOnly with each consent of the authorized representative of the Ordering Party.
2.2. In each of the packages, it is allowed to use equivalent drugs, i.e. a preparation with the same composition of active substances, dose and drug form (vial, ampoule, aerosol, dry substance. Etc.) The preparation must haveIdentical indications for use as the preparation specified in the subject specification.
2.3. In the event that the offered pack of the drug contains a different number of units (tablets, ampoules, etc.). The contractor is obliged to convert the number of packaging. If it is received after conversionAn incomplete number of packaging - the offered amount should be rounded up.
2.4. In the absence of the preparation offered on the market, the contractor is obliged to replace it with a synonymous drug at a price not higher than the tender price (after consultation with the Hospital Pharmacy Department). If packagingThe synonymous drug contains a different number of units (e.g. tablets, ampoules, etc.), the price should be calculated so that the price of 1 unit (tablets, ampoules, etc.) in the package is not higher than the price of 1 unit according to the tender contract.
