- pharmaceutical products 1. The subject of the order is the supply of pharmaceutical products for the needs of the Branches Hospital of the Międzyleski Specialist Hospital in Warsaw. 2. The subject of the contract was divided into 24 task groups, in the following quantities: assortment shown in the Price Forms constituting an integral part of this ToR. 3. The offer may apply to all or selected Tasks. No offers allowed partial within individual Tasks. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow it submitting variant offers. 5. Each Contractor has the right to submit only one offer. Submission by one Contractor more than one offer or an offer containing alternatives will result in rejection of all offers submitted by a given Contractor. 6. Product range offered in the tender procedure (listed in the Price Forms) must be consistent with the description of the subject of the order and must meet the conditions for admission trade in health care facilities in accordance with applicable law. 7. No meeting any of the required parameters gives rise to the Ordering Party's rejection of the offer. 8. The order will be fulfilled for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of a valid contract contract with the contractor selected as a result of the award procedure orders public. 9.
