Description:
1. The subject of the order are: Delivery of pharmaceutical products - infusion fluids. This order also includes all activities provided for in the contract - on the terms specified therein. Agreements in the scope of resolved packages will be concluded after the end of the proceedings.
2. Detailed description The subject of the contract is included in attachments:
1) Price forms for individual parts - Annex 1.1 - 1.3 to SWZ, planned provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract /contract provisions - Annex 2 to SWZ.
ATTENTION:
- The contracting authority requires a valuation of the unit of measure indicated in the price forms - the price given in the "Price of unit of measuring unit" must apply to this unit. The unit of measure is not allowed. The Employer points out that the contractor's introduction in the price form of additional columns may lead to a situation of unambiguity Offers or calculations of the offer price in a different way from the customer specified by the Ordering Party in point X, and as a consequence - to reject the offer.
- lack of valuation of a given position of the price form - is equivalent to not offering a given item, which will reject the offer as incompatible with the specification contract terms.
If the column is not completed or removed, the contractor's offer will be rejected.
