The subject of this procedure is the supply of pharmaceutical products, medicines and medical materials and devices for the needs of the Municipal Hospital in Rabka - Zdrój Sp. z o. o., the detailed description of which as well as the quantitative and assortment scope was detailed in the assortment and price form, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 2.
